Is MANDATO on Android or iOS?
Chapter 1 is a Windows download. There is no official APK, and the Google Play app that shares the name is a different product.
What I checked
I checked the platform line on itch.io and the system requirements on Steam on 2026-10-06. Both talk about Windows. I then opened the Google Play listing for com.creativedevideas.mandatoapp. That app is a personal assistant from Creative Dev Ideas, last updated 2026-03-15, with 100+ downloads. Nothing on that listing mentions Juan, Mina, or SolitaryStudios.
What the stores actually list
itch.io calls MANDATO “a downloadable game for Windows” and sets the platform to Windows. Input is keyboard and mouse. Steam’s minimum spec is Windows 10. Neither page offers an Android package, an iOS app, or a “play in browser” button.
Players on the itch.io comments have asked for a Mac build and have said they wishlisted the Steam page. That is a request, not a release. As of 2026-10-06 the developer has not posted a mobile plan that I could find on the store page.
The other “Mandato” on your phone
Search results for an APK often land on Google Play’s Mandato by Creative Dev Ideas (developer credit on the listing: JASPAL SINGH UBHI AMRIK SINGH, United Arab Emirates). It is a personal-assistant tool. Installing it will not give you the horror game.
I am not linking to any repack, modified package, or “play online” mirror. Those files are not on the developer’s itch.io or Steam pages. If a site offers an APK, it is not the build SolitaryStudios is selling.
