MANDATO on Steam
The Steam page exists. The download does not. You can wishlist it. You cannot buy it there yet.
What I checked
I opened store.steampowered.com/app/4897340 on the same day I checked itch.io. The banner still said the game is not yet available on Steam, with release date to be announced. A search for the exact title mandato returned that one app. A search for mandate returned a long list of other games. I am not quoting a launch day because the page does not have one.
What the Steam page does say
Developer Nest Games. Publisher SolitaryStudios. Genre listed as Indie. Tags include Horror, Interactive Fiction, 3D, Walking Simulator, Adventure, Psychological Horror, Indie, and Singleplayer. Features called out: single-player and family sharing. User reviews: none at the time of the check. One curator review was present.
Languages on Steam are marked English for interface, full audio, and subtitles. The itch.io page also lists Tagalog. Those two store pages do not match on language, and I am leaving both statements as written rather than picking a winner.
PC requirements printed there
Minimum: Windows 10, 4 physical CPU cores, 8 GB RAM, Intel UHD Graphics 630 or equivalent, 3 GB available space. The page links out to the studio Facebook and TikTok accounts. It does not offer a preorder or a demo.
